- A) The system can import a feed of data via Excel from most accounting and CRM systems
- Q) Do you deal with sole traders, partnerships, Government bodies, charities and companies overseas?
- A) No, the data is for UK an Eire incorporated companies only
- Q) How do we add companies?
- A) This is a simple and quick process
- Q) My employee leave, how can I stop them gaining access to the system?
- A) You have administration rights to add or remove users
- Q) We do not need the system any more, how do we terminate?
- A) Your agreement is a one year subscription. There is no auto renew facility
- Q) I have a company this is a prospect and a supplier, can I view them in two databases
